Welcome to IGNOU Buddy, a platform dedicated to assisting students with their project and synopsis work. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Description: IGNOU Buddy connects students with independent project research associates for assistance in project and synopsis related work. We act solely as a facilitator in this process.

Fees and Payment: We do not charge any fees from students. All payments are made directly to the project research associate’s account by the students.

Refund Policy:

  • Project/Synopsis Rejection: A 100% refund is provided if your project or synopsis is officially rejected by your relevant institution.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund is available if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  • Post-First Draft: If you decide to cancel after receiving the first draft of your project/synopsis, a 50% refund will be provided.
  • Revision Policy: We offer up to 10 revisions for your project/synopsis based on the recommendations provided by your project guide, communicated in written format by the student.
  • No Refund for Delays: We are not legally obligated to provide refunds due to any delays in project delivery, as our role is solely that of a facilitator.

To avail the refund on projects and dissertations created by IGNOU BUDDY, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of Failure: You must provide proof that you have failed your project/dissertation. This proof must include your enrolment number, program code, student ID card, and a copy of your results/grade card.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof that you purchased the project/dissertation from our website. This proof must include the Mobile number, email ID, and full name used while placing the order. The name on the order page and the name on your grade card/student ID card must match. If you have purchased the project from unauthorized sources apart from our website, you will not be eligible to claim the reward.

Submission Timing: The date of the order must be at least 15 days days prior to the last date of submission of your university in case of No Rush Orders and at least 7 days prior in case of Express orders. The specific last date of submission will depend on your university’s academic calendar.

Content Usage: You must provide proof that the project/dissertation you submitted contains at least 90% content from IGNOU BUDDY and not your own or content from other sources. This proof must include a copy of your submitted project along with the receipt of the submission. We need to ensure that the final project you have submitted is the same as the one we have provided you. You will not be eligible for the reward if you have failed due to the additional content you have added. The responsibility lies with the student to ensure that any additional content does not negatively impact the project’s quality.

Project Rejection vs. Failure: Failing the project must not be confused with rejection of the project by the project supervisor. It is the student’s responsibility to make any small changes in the project synopsis and report to get it approved by the supervisor or guide, as we provide completely editable files. You are eligible to claim the refund if you fail in the final project submission according to your university’s evaluation.

Adherence to Guidelines: You must prove that the changes you made and the final submission of the project followed the guidelines mentioned in your project manual. In the case of handwritten projects, you must also prove that the project was written neatly. Students who did not follow the instructions mentioned in the project manual and/or wrote the project in an untidy manner will not be eligible to claim the reward.

Context Provided by You: Our team strictly follows the guidelines and information provided by you while you place your order. If it happens that you failed your project due to incorrect or ineffective guidelines and information provided to us, you will not be eligible to claim the reward.

Eligibility Criteria: Our refund guarantee is applicable only to students who have followed all the academic integrity guidelines provided by their respective universities. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or using unauthorised resources, will disqualify you from claiming the refund.

Limitations: The refund guarantee applies only to the cost of the project/dissertation purchased from IGNOU BUDDY. It does not cover any additional costs incurred by the student, such as printing, binding, or submission fees. IGNOU BUDDY liability is limited to the amount paid for the project/dissertation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Claim Submission: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your official results. Late claims will not be considered. Ensure all required documentation and proof are included when submitting your claim to avoid delays in processing.

Non-Transferable: The refund guarantee is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the project/dissertation. Any attempt to transfer or assign this guarantee to another individual will render it null and void.

Verification: All claims will be subject to a thorough verification process. IGNOU BUDDY reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to validate the claim.

Use of Provided Information: All information provided by the student for the purpose of claiming the refund guarantee will be used solely for verification and processing of the claim. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

Documentation: On fulfilling the above prerequisites, students must provide all the required information and documents along with a valid government ID proof. Send an email to ignoubuddy.in@gmail.com requesting the refund.

Refund Processing Time: All refund will be processed within 15-20 working days of a valid claim.

Updates to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be updated at the discretion of IGNOU BUDDY. The most recent terms and conditions available on this page and our website will apply.

By following these guidelines, we ensure transparency and fairness in our refund guarantee policy for all universities, whether in India or internationally.

Privacy and Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students. Personal details of students will not be shared with project associates. All communication should occur through official channels only.

Limitation of Liability: IGNOU Buddy is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of the products or services provided by independent project research associates.

User Obligations: Users must provide accurate and complete information when required and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Termination of Service: IGNOU Buddy reserves the right to terminate any service or user account at its discretion, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IGNOU Buddy operates.

Amendments: IGNOU Buddy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
